Using integrations in Cross Channel Reporting & Attribution

Integrations enable you to connect your ads, email, SMS, e-commerce store, CRM and/or third-party analytics accounts to the AdRoll platform to enable a holistic view of all your marketing efforts within one interface. As a result, you will no longer need to log in and manually extract data from the different platforms used in your marketing mix, and you can gain a more holistic view of your performance.

Data from these integrations will be shown into the AdRoll interface on the Home page, Ads, Email or SMS depending on the type of the platform and the Cross-Channel Attribution page. 

Once you have enabled the Attribution add-on, visit the Integrations page to see list of the available integrations.

Ad Platforms

Review ad campaign performance data like spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue and ROAS. By connecting your accounts from the following integrations, you will be able to review data on the Home page, Ads and Cross-Channel Attribution tab.

  • Pinterest
  • Google Ads
  • Snapchat
  • Amazon Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • Linkedin Ads
  • X Ads (formerly Twitter)

Email Platforms

Review email campaign performance data like opens, clicks, conversions and revenue on the Homepage reporting cards, the Email page and the Cross-Channel Attribution tab. The available email integrations are the following:

  • Klaviyo
  • Mailchimp
  • ActiveCampaign

SMS Platforms

Review SMS campaign performance data like clicks, conversions and revenue from Klaviyo on the Home, SMS and Cross-Channel Attribution page. 

Trusted Source

Review conversion and revenue data on the Cross-Channel Attribution tab from the platform that you use to track your orders and revenue. You can select the platform that is your source of truth from the following options:

  • Shopify
  • Woocommerce  
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Salesforce
  • Hubspot

1. How frequently does my data from these platforms get imported into AdRoll?

  • Data from ads, email & sms platforms are imported hourly
  • Data from ecommerce stores, CRM and Google Analytics 4 are imported, daily

2. Will all my historical data be imported into AdRoll?

When you connect any integrations, historic campaign performance data from the past 12 months will be imported. 

3. How do I enable these integrations?

To enable the Cross-Channel integrations, visit the Integrations tab and check the un-silo your marketing metrics section. Learn how to enable the integrations for Cross-Channel Attribution.
