You can edit created or uploaded audiences anytime.
Website Audiences
To edit your website audiences:

Navigate to the Website tab under Audiences in the left navigation menu.
- Click on Site Audiences.
- Hover over the audience segment you wish to edit and then click on the three horizontal dots.

Edit: The Edit option will let you update the following parameters:
- URL Rule
- Audience Name
- Audience Duration (How long to keep a person in this audience?)
- New Duration: You can create an existing audience segment with a different duration.
- Delete: If you no longer wish to track users on a particular segment or if you created a wrong segment, you can delete it from here.

Connected Audiences
To edit your connected audiences:
- Navigate to the Website tab under the Audiences in the left navigation menu.
- Click on Connected Audiences to find all the imported or manually uploaded CRM lists.

Hover over the list you wish to edit and then click on the three horizontal dots.

- Edit: You can edit the CRM list name and in case you missed on including some email addresses, create a new CRM file and upload it here.
- Delete: If you no longer wish to use a particular CRM list or if there is any mistake, you can delete the list.

Contact Audiences
Contact Audiences are lists of email addresses, you can use to contact them on a 1:1 basis through Email Newsletter campaigns. This includes Shopify lists (for Shopify integrated customers), Pixel Web Lists, CSV Imports, and CRM lists.
These lists can’t be edited or deleted from the dashboard, however, you can contact our Customer Support team if there are any issues with importing/exporting the lists or if you feel the email addresses are not being tracked properly.
