Access to the WooCommerce integration for AdRoll is available for all AdRoll packages.

To find your current package, log in to AdRoll and navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscriptions > Plan & Usage.
Connecting AdRoll to WooCommerce (from AdRoll)
- Log in to AdRoll, or if you are a brand new customer you will be prompted to Sign up.
- To comply with data protection laws like GDPR, select your preferred option for gathering visitor consent. Click here you need help choosing an option.
- From the list of available integrations, choose WooCommerce.
- After verifying the store, click on Start.
- Log in to your WordPress account.
- Click Continue to grant AdRoll permissions to:
- Create webhooks
- View and manage coupons
- View and manage customers
- View and manage orders and sales reports
- View and manage products
- You will be redirected to a WooCommerce screen where you need to Approve the connection to grant AdRoll access to your store's data. This step can take up to 90 seconds to process.
- After approval, you will be taken back to the AdRoll dashboard. And a pop-up will prompt you to Click on install Plugin for establishing connection between platforms.
- Connection established: Your website should now be successfully linked to your AdRoll account.
Connecting AdRoll to WooCommerce (Via WordPress Plugin)
- Log in to your WordPress Admin dashboard, where your WooCommerce store is hosted.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Plugins > Add Plugin.
- In the search bar, type AdRoll for WooCommerce and press Enter.
- Locate the AdRoll for WooCommerce plugin and click Install Now.
- Once installed, click Activate.
- Connect your account:
- If you already have an AdRoll account, go to this page to continue your setup.
- If you don't have an AdRoll account, you can create a one for free here. You will be guided through the account creation and email verification process.
- Follow the on-screen Prompts: You will be guided through the same connection and authorization steps as outlined in here to finalize the integration.
Connect AdRoll to WooCommerce if you already installed the Pixel
1. It is possible to connect your e-commerce store to AdRoll if you skip this step during account creation.
- You can follow Home > Your Pixel is Active > Edit Connection.
- Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they will help you with the steps.
2. If you previously installed the Pixel you must remove it, it is crucial to remove any existing pixel before connecting through the WooCommerce app. The integration automatically handles pixel placement, and having duplicate pixels can lead to inaccurate tracking.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, contact AdRoll customer support . You can verify the AdRoll pixel is firing using the AdRoll PixelPal Chrome extension .
