WooCommerce Integration: Auto-generated Website Audiences

When AdRoll is connected to WooCommerce for the first time, five out-of-the-box WooCommerce Website Audiences are automatically created to reduce the effort to set up your AdRoll account and launch your first campaign.

The default WooCommerce Website Audiences are:

  • WooCommerce Order Received: tracks users who have successfully completed a purchase and reached the "Thank You" or order confirmation page.
  • WooCommerce Added Product to Cart: tracks users who added a product to their cart.
  • WooCommerce Viewed Cart: tracks users who viewed their cart.
  • WooCommerce Viewed Checkout: tracks users who made a purchase.
  • WooCommerce Products Viewed: tracks users who viewed one or more products.

These audiences are tracked through the AdRoll Pixel based on website visitor behavior and primarily serve to target users with web display and CTV advertising, or alternatively, to be excluded from your campaigns.

WooCommerce Website Audience FAQ

Do I need to set up Enhanced Conversion tracking if I connect AdRoll to WooCommerce?

When you connect AdRoll to WooCommerce your orders will be tracked automatically in AdRoll without the need to set up manual Enhanced Conversion Tracking. By integrating with WooCommerce we will track the number of sales and amount of revenue driven by AdRoll campaigns.
