If you have multiple Billing Accounts, the Billing Account Management page gives you a centralized, clear view of how your billing is set up within AdRoll.
Whether you're managing multiple business units within one company or are an advertising agency servicing multiple clients, this page is designed to give you a clear view of all your billing information in one place, while making billing tasks more intuitive and easier to complete.
Managing your billing settings in a clear and intuitive way from the Billing Account Management page helps ensure your accounts stay accurate, up to date, and aligned with your business needs.
How to access
Log in to AdRoll and navigate to Settings > Company > Billing Accounts.
On the Billing Account Management page, you can view:
- A list of all your Billing Accounts associated with your user or organization.
- Billing Account names, which you can edit to keep them organized.
- Billing Account EIDs, these IDs are used when an Advertiser Profile needs to be moved into a Billing Account from a separate, external organization.
- The Advertiser Profiles associated with each Billing Account.
- The Billing Style and frequency for how the Account’s Campaign Spend is invoiced.
- Account currency for each Billing Account.
- The default payment method for each Billing Account.
- Any Subscription Plans or Packages that the Billing Account has.
- Payment Status indicators, showing whether an account has any payment issues.
- Ways to navigate to the pages you care about for a given account.
This visibility helps you quickly understand how billing is structured and where updates may be needed.
Managing your Billing Setup
From the Billing Account Management page, you can also take direct actions to manage your billing setup.
Find these options in the drop down menu that opens when you click the three dots on the right side of the page:
View Billing History for a Billing Account
For any given Billing Account, you can view the corresponding billing history.
Edit Payment Methods for a Billing Account
For any given Billing Account, you can view and edit the payment methods associated with it.
View Plans and Usage for a Billing Account
For any given Billing Account, you can view the corresponding AdRoll plan and usage.
Address payment issues
The Billing Account Management page will let you see right away if any of your Billing Accounts have payment issues.
If you have one of our automated billing styles, you will be able to navigate directly to any overdue invoices and pay them directly through the AdRoll website.
