Whether you're an advertising agency juggling various clients or a business managing multiple internal units, this page is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of all your billing information in one place, streamlining billing tasks and making them more intuitive.
What You Can See
The Billing Account Management page provides detailed insights into your billing structure. Here’s what you can view:
- All Billing Accounts: A complete list of Billing Accounts associated with your user profile or organization.
- Billing Account Names: Customizable names for your Billing Accounts to help you stay organized.
- Billing Account “EIDs”: These unique identifiers are used if an Advertiser Profile needs to be moved into a Billing Account from a separate, external organization.
- Associated Advertiser Profiles: The specific Advertiser Profiles linked to each Billing Account.
- Billing Style and Frequency: Details on how often each Account’s Campaign Spend is invoiced.
- Account Currency: The designated currency for each Billing Account.
- Default Payment Method: The primary payment method set for each Billing Account.
- Subscription Plans or Packages: Any active subscriptions or packages tied to the Billing Account.
- Payment Status Indicators: Clear visual cues (e.g., "Invoices Due," "Paid," "Suspended") that highlight any payment issues or the current status of an account.
- Navigation Shortcuts: Quick links to other relevant pages for a specific account.
This visibility allows you to quickly grasp how your billing is structured and promptly identify where any updates or attention may be needed.
What You Can Do
Beyond just viewing information, the Billing Account Management page empowers you to take direct action. Most of these options can be found by clicking the three-dots menu on the right side of the page for a specific Billing Account.

Navigate to Key Billing Pages:
- View Billing History: Access current and past invoices.
- Edit Payment Methods: Go to the page for managing your payment methods.
- View Plan and Usage: See details about your current plan and usage.

Edit/Rename a Billing Account:
- While Billing Account names are initially auto-generated, you can customize them for better organization and ease of use.

Change Billing Account Currency:
- If eligible, you can select a new currency for a Billing Account to meet your organization's financial requirements.
- If a currency change is not permitted, a message will explain why and outline potential next steps.
- If allowed, you will be guided through a confirmation process to ensure all necessary information from the outgoing account is recorded before the currency change is finalized.

Move an Advertiser Profile:
- To streamline billing or manage finances for different departments, clients, or projects, you can move Advertiser Profiles between existing Billing Accounts.
- Alternatively, you can create a new, dedicated Billing Account for a specific Advertiser Profile.

Address Payment Issues Quickly:
- The page allows for immediate identification of any Billing Accounts experiencing payment problems.
- For accounts with automated billing styles, you can directly navigate to any overdue invoices and settle them through the AdRoll dashboard.
