Can I exclude an audience segment from my campaign?

Answer

Yes, an audience segment can be excluded from a campaign. Here are the steps you can follow -

  • Log in to AdRoll and click Campaigns tab in the left navigation menu.
  • On the Web & Social page and locate the campaign you wish to edit.
  • Click ellipsis next to the campaign name and select Edit.

  • In the Campaign Settings, scroll down to the Ad Groups settings section to make your changes.

  • Select the Audience, then choose the Include or Exclude button as needed. 
  • Save the campaign.
