Can I exclude an audience segment from my campaign?
Answer
Yes, an audience segment can be excluded from a campaign. Here are the steps you can follow -
- Log in to AdRoll and click Campaigns tab in the left navigation menu.

On the Web & Social page and locate the campaign you wish to edit.

Click ellipsis next to the campaign name and select Edit.

In the campaign editor, scroll down to the Web Channel settings section to make your changes.
- Select the segment, toggle the Targeting button to Excluding.
- Save the campaign.
