Can I exclude an audience segment from my campaign?
Answer
Yes, an audience segment can be excluded from a campaign. Here are the steps you can follow -
- Log in to AdRoll and click Campaigns tab in the left navigation menu.
- On the Web & Social page and locate the campaign you wish to edit.
- Click ellipsis next to the campaign name and select Edit.
- In the Campaign Settings, scroll down to the Ad Groups settings section to make your changes.
- Select the Audience, then choose the Include or Exclude button as needed.
- Save the campaign.
