Web Ad Types and Sizes Supported
Static Image Web Ads are the most common type of ad. They consist of a single file, and one landing page. They have a static background graphic, a business logo, and a call to action.
Sizes created: 300 x 250, 300 x 600, 728 x 90, 320 x 50, 160 x 600
Animated Web Display ads, also known as HTML5 Web Ads, include animations that encourage viewers to interact and engage with the content.
Sizes created: 300 x 250, 300 x 600, 728 x 90, 320 x 50, 160 x 600.
Native Web Ads appear as a part of the design of the web page they’re on. Rather than standing out as an ad, native ads tend to have an editorial look and feel, with a softer selling approach. For example, they can appear as recommended content on news sites.
Sizes created: 600 x 600, 600 x 500, 600 x 315.

- Product images work well for purchase-focused campaigns.
- Lifestyle images help build emotional connections for brand awareness.
- Avoid overlaying text or graphics on images as they may become unreadable or misleading in smaller formats.
- Use single images rather than collages or composite backgrounds for clarity.
- Maintain consistency in branding by using colors that align with your visual identity.
- We recommend uploading a 1000x1000 image to accommodate all sizes, our tool allows you to crop and zoom in.
- Formats supported are PNG, GIF, JPG, ,SVG or zip.
Optionally, click Expand Image using AI to resize and generate expanded versions of your background image. This tool will extend the width and height of an image while preserving quality. You can pick your preferred variation from three AI-generated options.

- Do not use redirecting URLs
- URLs can't direct to a payment processor like PayPal
- URLs can't direct to a video, for example, a video on NBC.com or Dailymotion

FAQ
Can I create a Static, Native and HTML5 ad set simultaneously?
To create 3 ad sets for Static, Native and HTML5:
- Use the tool to create a set of Static Web Ads + Native Ads.
- Go back to the tool to create a second time to generate a set of HTML5 Ads by checking the box Enable Animations.
Can I create just one individual ad?
When you create ads, the system automatically generates a full set. You can uncheck specific sizes to exclude them; unchecked sizes will appear greyed out and won't be uploaded to the ad library. No, the AI Ad Builder can only create and upload Native Ad Sizes for Web.
If you want to upload Native sizes please upload them manually using the Ad Library.
Can I use my own fonts when creating ads?
No, you can only use the fonts available in the ad builder: Arial, Arial Black, Century Gothic, Courier, and Courier New.
Can I download my ads?
No, you can't download the ads directly. However, you can right-click on the image and select Save Image as a workaround (this applies to Image and Native Ads only).
