AdRoll offers Shopify merchants 10% back on any web advertising spend through the AdRoll Rewards Program. This recurring ad credit helps Shopify merchants stretch their marketing budgets by leveraging the Shopify integration for greater impact.
Disconnecting your Shopify Integration
If you disconnect your Shopify store by removing the Shopify Integration, you will no longer earn Ad Credits. You will still be able to redeem any credits already earned.
Who can access
If your AdRoll account is connected to your Shopify store through our Shopify integration you are eligible to earn ad credits. If you are eligible you will be automatically enrolled, with no additional action required. The AdRoll Rewards program only applies if you sign up for AdRoll after April 1, 2022.

Spend Requirements
- 10% ad credit is issued for all website advertising spend, including native and display ads.
- Ad credit will not be earned on spend that is covered by other credits.
- There are no spend minimums or maximums.
- Ad credits can only be redeemed for the store that earned the credit. For example, an agency can not redeem ad credits for Store B that were earned through ad spend on campaigns for Store A.
Ad Credit Issuance and Expiration
- Weekly Billing: Credits are issued for 10% of each paid weekly invoice. Credits are valid for 30 days from the day after the invoice date.
- Monthly Billing: Credits are calculated as 10% of the total paid monthly invoice and issued at the start of the following month. These credits expire at the end of that calendar month.
Tracking Shopify Sign-Up Ad Credits
- You will be notified via email and in-app messages about Ad credits.
- Ad Credits are visible under Settings > Billing and Subscriptions > Plan & Usage.
For weekly billing customers:
- Log in to AdRoll.
- Go to Settings > Billing and Subscriptions > Plan & Usage.
- View earned credits, qualifying spend dates, and expiration details.
For monthly billing customers:
- Credits will appear as a line item on the monthly invoice.
