Email Verification: Verifying your email address when you sign up

When you sign up to AdRoll, you are required to verify your email address in order to activate your account.

How to verify your email address when you sign up

1. Once you have signed up on the AdRoll Sign Up Form you will be directed to a Verify your email landing page.
   
   
   
   
2. Check your email inbox for an email from AdRoll.
   
   
   
   
   Note: The verification link in this email will only last 24 hours before expiry so it is recommended that you verify your email address as soon as possible to activate your account!
   

3. Click Verify Email Address to verify your email address and activate your AdRoll account.
   
   
   
   Note: When you click Verify Email Address, if you are still logged in you will be directed to a confirmation landing page and can proceed with setting up your account. If you are prompted to login to AdRoll again, please enter your original signup credentials. 

Resend the verification email if the token expires

1. If you are directed to the Email verification link expired landing page you can simply click on Resend verification link which will send a new email with a verification link.
   
   
   
   
2. Check your email inbox for an email from AdRoll.

3. Click Verify Email Address to verify your email address and activate your AdRoll account.
   
   
   
   
   Note: When you click Verify Email Address, if you are still logged in you will be directed to a confirmation landing page and can proceed with setting up your account. If you are prompted to login to AdRoll again, please enter your original signup credentials. 

Change Email Address after signing up and before email verification 

1. Once you have signed up on the AdRoll Sign Up Form you will be directed to a Verify your email landing page.
   
   
   
2. If you would like to change the email address you signed up with, simply click on Click here which will bring you to a new landing page where you can change your email address.
   
   
   
3. You will be directed to a new landing page where you can change the email address you signed up with.
   
   
   
   

4. Enter your Email Address in the email field.
   
   
   

   Note: 

   • The new email address entered will not be saved until you click Send new verification link.
   • This new email address will be your sign in details moving forward.
5. Click Send new verification link.
   
   
   
   
6. Check your email inbox for an email from AdRoll.
