Note:
- It is only possible to change your own email address via Settings. It is not possible to change the email address of an additional user in your account.
- You also cannot edit your email address to be the same as an existing user. This also includes users that do not have access to your account.
Change email address and verify
- Navigate to Settings > Personal Information
- Click on Edit Email Address.
- In the pop-up modal, enter your new email address.
- Click Save. Your email address will now be pending verification. An email will be sent to your new email address inbox.
Note: The verification token in this email will only last 24 hours before expiry so it is recommended that you verify the new email address as soon as possible. - Click Verify Email Address to verify your new email address.
When you click Verify Email Address and prompted to login to AdRoll again, please enter your original login credentials (original email before change) to access your account.
Cancel change of email address
- Navigate to Settings > Personal Information
- Click on Cancel New Email Verification.
Your email address will revert to the original email address before any changes were requested and the original email will remain your login credentials.
Resend the verification email if the token expires
- Navigate to Settings > Personal Information
- Click on Resend Verification. An email will be sent to your new email address inbox.
