The AdRoll for PrestaShop module automatically installs the AdRoll Pixel on your website. This pixel is essential for tracking visitor data, enabling you to create targeted advertising campaigns. Once connected, the module will sync your product feed and create predefined audience segments in your AdRoll account, such as "Conversion," "Product Viewers," and "Cart Abandoners".

To find your current package, log in to AdRoll and navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscriptions > Plan & Usage.
Connecting AdRoll to PrestaShop

Click View all available integrations and select PrestaShop.

Log in to your PrestaShop backoffice.

From the left menu, go to Modules > Modules & Services.

Select Upload a Module

Upload the Module

Click Continue

Follow the link to sign in to your AdRoll account, or sign up.

After you sign in or sign up, navigate back to the PrestaShop backoffice Configure page. Select the correct advertiser profile and click Connect with AdRoll.

Go to Your AdRoll Dashboard to get started with your first campaign.
Connect AdRoll to PrestaShop if you already installed the Pixel
1. It is possible to connect your e-commerce store to AdRoll if you skip this step during account creation.
- You can follow Home > Your Pixel is Active > Edit Connection.
- Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they will help you with the steps.
2. If you previously installed the Pixel you must remove it, it is crucial to remove any existing pixel before connecting through the PrestaShop app. The integration automatically handles pixel placement, and having duplicate pixels can lead to inaccurate tracking.

If you encounter issues, contact AdRoll customer support . You can verify the AdRoll pixel is firing using the AdRoll PixelPal Chrome extension .
