How to remove a payment method?

If your account has multiple payment methods saved, you can remove any secondary method at any time.

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Payment Methods under Billing and Subscriptions.
  3. Click the 'X' option beside the Payment Method to remove it.

If the X option is not shown, it means that there is only one payment method in the billing account. The payment method must be replaced in order for Remove to be available.

Removing your only payment method?

You can only delete your sole payment method if your account is entirely inactive with no pending balances. Before attempting to remove your last payment method, you must complete both of the following:

  1. End all active campaigns: Fully stop any live, running advertising campaigns to ensure no further ad spend accumulates.

  2. Cancel ongoing subscriptions: Fully complete or cancel any active billing plans tied to your account.

Make sure to confirm that no scheduled billing or active ad spend remains on the account before attempting removal.
