You can update your payment information at any time by going to "Billing Information" in "Settings."
How do I change my payment method?
To change your payment method, go to "Billing Information."
1. Click "Add Payment Method" in the top right corner.
2. Enter your name and billing address.
4. Click "Make Default Payment Method" to make it your main payment method you would like to use moving forward. Any other payment methods on your account will be used as backup in case the default fails.
How do I remove payment methods?
We need to have at least one payment method on file if you've launched a campaign. To remove payment methods, click "Remove".
Removing a payment means that the payment method can't be used as backup anymore. We recommend uploading at least one other payment method as backup to avoid any interruption in campaign activity.
