How to Log In to Your AdRoll Account
To log in to your AdRoll account, click here and enter your email and password.
Your email address serves as your username. Make sure you're using the correct email associated with your AdRoll account. If you're unsure, search your inbox for AdRoll emails. When you first sign up, you'll receive a welcome email.
Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, we will send a password reset link to the email associated with your AdRoll account. Here's how to reset it:
1. Go to the password reset page and click "Forgot your password?"
2. Enter the email address tied to your AdRoll account and Click "Reset Password."
If you still can't log in, contact AdRoll Customer Support. Please provide your email address, subject, description, advertisable EID, issue, and attachments. If you contact us from a different email address than the one registered with your AdRoll account, we may request additional information to ensure account security.
Password Requirements
To maintain a secure account, your password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least three of the following:
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character
Your new password must also be different from your five most recent passwords.
Changing Your Password
To change your password:
- Go to the Settings gear icon in the left navigation menu.
- Click on Password and Security under Account.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new password, then confirm.
- Click Save.
Account Lockouts
If you enter your password incorrectly five times within 30 minutes, your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. You can either:
- Wait 30 minutes and then enter the correct password, or
- Reset your password immediately, here.
Automatic Password Reset (Optional for Admins)
If you're an AdRoll Account Admin, you can enable an automatic password reset for all users. This will require users to change their passwords every 90, 120, or 180 days.
To enable this feature:
- Go to the Settings gear icon in the left navigation menu.
- Click User Permissions under Company.
- Toggle on Automatic password reset enabled.
- Select the frequency for password resets: 90, 120, or 180 days.
