The Product Feed Overview is in Beta
The Product Feed Overview and Products pages are currently in Beta. We're still working on making it the best it can be, so please excuse our dust as we make improvements. If you encounter any issues or have feedback, we'd love to hear from you!
The Product Feed Overview page allows you to view your product feed details and specific product information, to ensure if they are in a good state to run dynamic ads through AdRoll. You will only be able to view feeds that are already connected to AdRoll.
The Product Feed Overview page allows you to visualize information for existing product feeds you already have connected to AdRoll so that you can:
- Catch and fix issues early - Identify errors or missing product data before they impact your ads.
- Ensure accuracy in your dynamic ads - Make sure your product details like title, price, and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) are up to date and reflected correctly in your ads.
- Save time and reduce back-and-forth - You no longer need to rely on support to confirm what’s in your feed; you can now check it yourself at any time.
- Gain confidence in your setup - Understand exactly what’s being pulled into your campaigns so you can optimize with clarity.
- Allowlist and blocklist specific products - By selecting specific products within your product feed you can allow or block them from showing in your dynamic ads.
This feature does not allow you to:
- Connect a new product feed to AdRoll. If you need to connect a new product feed please see this article.
- Update/Manage your connected Product Feeds, with the exception of allowlist/blocklist individual products from a feed.

Preview your Dynamic Ads
Scroll down to the bottom of the Product Feed Overview tab to see how dynamic ads will appear using your product feed data.
You will see a demo based on a preview parse of your feed. Live ads will use your complete feed with checks for duplicates and other improvements.
If there are issues (e.g., missing images)
You’ll see this warning: “Some images in your feed couldn't load, so we couldn't display your templated ad. Instead, here's an example for reference. Please check your feed's image URLs or try again later.”
To fix the issue, review your feed source and ensure all image URLs are valid and accessible. If the issue persist, refer to this article Connect your Product Feed to AdRoll or contact Customer Support team.
