The Product Feed Overview is in Beta
The Product Feed Overview and Products pages are currently in Beta. We're still working on making it the best it can be, so please excuse our dust as we make improvements. If you encounter any issues or have feedback, we'd love to hear from you!
The Product Feed allows you to search for specific products to ensure the information provided is accurate and review lists of all products you have allowed and block from your feed. Here you can search for individual products within your feed and blocklist/allowlist them as needed.
Who can access
Access to the Product Feed Overview is available for all AdRoll packages.

To find your current package, log in to AdRoll and navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscriptions > Plan & Usage.
Blocklist or Allowlist individual product
To blocklist or allowlist products individually follow these steps:
- Log in to your AdRoll account.
- Navigate to Creative > Product Feeds from the left menu.
- Click the Products tab where you can see existing product feeds.
- Use the feed filter to choose from one of your active feeds.
- Blocklist/Allowlist Individual Products: toggle the switch on each individual product card.
Blocklist or Allowlist multiple products
To blocklist or allowlist multiple products in bulk follow these steps:
- Log in to your AdRoll account.
- Navigate to Creative > Product Feeds from the left menu.
- Click the Products tab where you can see existing product feeds.
- Use the feed filter to choose one of your feeds.
- Filter or search products by matching items for all/any of the rules defined, selecting fields such as title, id, URL, category, or product group, along with conditions like 'Is any of these' or 'Contains' and entering corresponding values.
- The search results will display the products within your feed matching your filter criteria.
- Perform bulk actions like:
- Blocklist All: Blocks all products shown in the active page, not overall
- Allowlist All: Allows all products shown in the active page, not overall.
- Download All Products: Downloads all products across all pages in .tsv format.
- Download All Allowed Products: Downloads all allowed products across all pages in .tsv format.
