Can I move a profile from my account to a different AdRoll account?
Answer
Yes, it is possible to transfer a profile from one AdRoll account to another. To initiate the migration, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Note: We will need consent from the admins of both accounts involved in the migration process. Also, make sure there are no pending invoices in the account from which the profile is being moved.
