Paying by Credit Card

Adding a credit card through Billing Information in Settings

AdRoll accepts all major credit card providers: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

  1. Click Add Payment Method

  2. Enter your billing information. Once you’ve verified that this information is accurate, click Next.

  3. Select Credit Card. Click Next to confirm.

  4. Enter your credit card information and click Save.

If this is the only payment method available on your dashboard, the credit card will automatically be marked as default. Otherwise, click Make Default Payment Method to update your primary payment option.

I'm having trouble with my credit card.

If you are experiencing difficulty while attempting to upload your credit card, please run through the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure you are entering an authorized credit card; we do not accept prepaid or gift credit cards.


  2. Check your card's expiration date. If you are using a brand new card, make sure that it has been properly activated.

  3. Verify that you've entered your credit card details correctly. If there are any errors in your credit card number or expiration date, you should be prompted to correct them.


  4. Call your card issuer to see if they are blocking the transaction. Certain cards have heightened security protocols that may require you to explicitly authorize recurring charges from AdRoll.com. Since we are based in the US, some banks and credit card issuers outside of the United States may have additional restrictions on international charges.
