I see a charge from AdRoll, but I have just launched my campaign. How is this possible?
Whenever you launch a new campaign or increase the budget of an existing campaign, our system will try to authorize your payment method to check if it is active and has sufficient funds to pay the maximum weekly amount that you may be invoiced for.
The authorization amount equals the weekly budget of all active campaigns under your billing account plus the weekly budgets of any campaigns that have been paused within the last 90 days.
An authorization is not an actual charge, hence why there is no corresponding invoice for one. However, an authorization may look like a charge in your online financial statements.
