[Legacy] Add items from your product feed in Email templates

March 20th 2025: Email Feature is Now Sunsetted

  • We’ve stopped supporting new campaign runs as of March 20th, 2025. While no new campaigns can be launched, you’ll still have 30 days to access your templates and download past campaign performance data for your records.
  • In the coming weeks, we plan to fully retire this feature. This process requires careful testing to ensure it does not impact other functionality.
  • Access to this feature is now limited, and it is no longer available to new customers. We’ll share further updates and next steps once the deprecation is complete.

AdRoll's Email builder allows you to directly access your product feed and select items to include in your email. 

Start by creating a new Email or a new Email template.  You can also edit an existing template.

To add items from your product feed:

  1. Click on Rows from the email builder.

  2. From the drop-down, select My Store Products to see all the items in your store.

  3. Use the search bar to find a specific item in your store.

  4. Pick the item you want use and click Select Product.

  5. Choose from the various sizes available and simply drag and drop it onto the template.

  6. Click on the item if you wish to customize the copy, font size, etc. of the item description or button.
