Q: What is our new parent company name?
A: The new parent company name is NextRoll, Inc. We have changed the parent company name from AdRoll, Inc. dba AdRoll Group, to NextRoll, Inc. but the names of our existing business units, AdRoll and RollWorks, have not changed.
Q: Why did we change our company name?
A: We changed our name for a few reasons:
- We want our company name to reflect the range of products and services we offer. Over the past two years, we have expanded our product portfolio to offer data, marketing technology, and software-as-a-service in addition to advertising products. The previous company name of AdRoll Group was a reflection of where we came from. The new company name of NextRoll is a reflection of both our heritage and where we are going.
- Our parent company name, formerly AdRoll Group, was often confused with our business unit, AdRoll. As we continue to grow our business units and product offerings, we want to ensure AdRoll customers continue to get clear communication about the products that are relevant to their needs and business goals.
- We also launched a third and new business unit, NextRoll Platform Services, which enables businesses to build marketing solutions on top of our core data and infrastructure. NextRoll Platform Services has launched with two initial offerings, Channel-as-a-Service and Audiences-as-a-Service. Visit nextroll.com/platform-services to learn more.
Q: Is this a legal name change?
A: Yes. The company’s legal name is now NextRoll, Inc.
Q: Does this mean the company has been purchased or sold?
A: No. There has been no change in ownership of the company.
Q: How does this impact my contract?
A: Our standard online Terms of Service has been updated, primarily to reflect the company name change. For those customers who have previously negotiated a Terms of Service with us, you may be contacted soon regarding signing an amendment to reflect our company name change. Both parties are expected to honor the terms of already signed Insertion Orders and Order Forms.
Q: What does this mean for AdRoll customers?
A: There are no changes to the day-to-day operations and service of customer accounts. Customers can still log in to their accounts and access their information in the same way they’ve always done. If customers need assistance or have questions, they can contact their account manager or support@adroll.com.
Q: How does this impact my dashboard?
A: Customers can still log in to their AdRoll accounts. The business-unit products are not changing in connection with the parent company name change. Any changes to the dashboard are due to our continuous efforts to evolve and improve our products to best serve our customers’ needs.
Q: Will there be a change to how my account is serviced?
A: Customer services and support will not change due to the company name change. Customers can continue to reach out to customer support at support@adroll.com or their account manager if they have questions.
