Demographic & Interest campaigns are ending and relaunching as Third-Party Audience campaigns

AdRoll has enhanced our third-party audience targeting capabilities by providing you with access to Experian syndicated audiences. These new segments offer more granular targeting options, allowing you to reach your ideal audience with even greater precision.

AdRoll will end all Demographic & Interest campaigns on your behalf and replace them with Third-Party Audience campaigns using Experian syndicated audiences by April 30, 2025. 

If you do not want AdRoll to relaunch these campaigns contact Support prior to April 18, 2025. It’s important to note:

  • Relaunched campaigns will have the same budget, targeting, creative assets etc.
  • Your campaigns are only expected to be offline for a few minutes, at most. 
  • AdRoll is performing this action as part of enhancing our third-party audience targeting capabilities to provide you with better targeting options beyond the currently available demographic and interest categories.

After April 30, 2025:

  • Access historical data for ended campaigns by filtering for campaign Status to: Ended.
  • Going forward, report on relaunched campaigns by filtering campaign Status to: Current.

Charges for Third Party Audience campaigns are inclusive of data fees.
