How to enable integrations for Cross-Channel Attribution

To access the Integrations and connect your accounts to use for Cross-Channel Attribution, navigate to the Integrations page. 

The bottom section of this page is dedicated to Cross-Channel Attribution integrations that you can use to import your performance data and see your revenue and conversion from your most trusted source. 

Tip: We recommend selecting at least one for the first group of trusted source platforms. 

To connect your account and start importing data, click on the platform and follow the instructions to authorize the connection. 

In order to use a connected channel in the Cross-Channel Attribution dashboard, you need to activate this integration by turning on the “Show data” toggle. Once you do, the counter will get updated and you will see that this integration will count towards the total number of available integrations you have as part of your package.

If you reach your maximum number of integrations, you have a few options:

  • If you want to use different integrations in the Cross-Channel Attribution, you can turn off an integration by disabling the toggle and release that seat.
  • You can increase the number of the available connections. To make this change, click on the dropdown on the counter or get in touch with your Account Manager.
