If your campaign was just launched, your campaign is still in our queue to be reviewed. Turnaround time for campaign review can fluctuate depending on how many campaigns there are to review, but it should never take more than one business day to get a response.

If your campaign has not been approved and it’s been more than one business day, we may have found a problem with your website or ad content that we need your help fixing. Check your email inbox for a message from our campaign review team. Or, if you have campaign notifications turned off in "Email Preferences" within "Settings", check your dashboard's message center in your main navigation bar.
If you cannot find a campaign notification, or if you believe that we've made a mistake, please reach out to the Customer Delight team so we can look into it for you!
