The IP address exclusion setting allows you to focus the audience of your AdRoll Web Retargeting campaigns by blocking computers or networks associated with specific IP address(es) from being served your ads.
IP address exclusion only applies to your Web Retargeting campaigns. Facebook, Email, and Prospecting campaigns do not support IP address exclusion.
Why exclude IP addresses
You may want to exclude the IP address of your company's network to prevent your colleagues from being shown your ads.
How to exclude IP addresses
- Sign into your AdRoll account at app.adroll.com.
- Navigate to Account Settings > IP Exclusions.
- Enter the IP addresses that you want to exclude with only one per line.
