Duplicate a Campaign

Duplicating campaigns allows you to easily copy Email Newsletters that you have created in the past, without having to complete each step to build out the campaign again. This will save you time if you only want to make a few changes to a past campaign such as changing the audience or tweaking the copy.

To duplicate a campaign:

  1. Navigate to the Emails tab
  2. Click the three dots icon to the right of the campaign you would like to archive
  3. Click to Duplicate
  4. You’ll be redirected to the new campaign
  5. Edit any of the settings or content you need to before scheduling the campaign to be sent

Archive a Campaign

Campaigns that are in draft mode or have already been sent can be archived. If a campaign is scheduled for a future date or is actively sent, it can’t be archived.

It is not recommended to delete sent campaigns because you will lose the historical data associated with them.

To archive a campaign:

  1. Navigate to the Emails tab
  2. Click the three dots icon to the right of the campaign you would like to archive
  3. Click to Archive
  4. Once you archive a campaign, by default, this campaign will not display in the list of your campaigns.
