What are Facebook Lead Ads?
Facebook Lead Ads allow you to add a contact form to your ads to collect additional information about leads. With lead ads, Facebook will pre-populate user information such as name and email, so people don't have to leave Facebook to submit the form.
How do they work?
You can build and manage your Facebook Lead Ads directly within your AdRoll dashboard. Once the campaign goes live, people will see your ads directly in their Facebook news feed.
When a person clicks on a lead ad, they will see an on-Facebook form where they will see their pre-populated information and are given a chance to edit before clicking the “submit” button. You can download all your leads as a CSV directly via the AdRoll dashboard.
When should I use Facebook Lead Ads?
It depends on the goals of your campaign. Lead ads are a great way to collect sign-ups for newsletters, course registration, price estimates, follow-up calls, and other lead generation. Facebook will pre-populate the forms with information they already know about the person, which improves the likelihood of form completion.
